Jennifer John

Jennifer John

Pedorthist

Jenn graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2005 with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology. She achieved her Canadian Certified Pedorthist designation in 2007 and has since practiced in the Waterloo region and surrounding areas. Jenn enjoys treating all foot, ankle and lower limb conditions. Over the last decade she has taken a special interest in helping those suffering from knee pain, specifically those dealing with early onset osteoarthritis. She feels strongly that taking the extra time to fully educate a client is the most important part of her assessment because if one can clearly comprehend what is contributing to their condition, they are provided the foundation to build a successful treatment plan and a reduction in pain.

In addition to her pedorthic specialization, Jenn has extensive training and clinical experience in measuring and fitting compression stockings for vascular insufficiencies and off-the-shelf and custom knee bracing. Education is the key to prevention and Jenn remains active in participating in community health events. She presents educational seminars to both the public and medical professionals on proper foot and lower limb support.

When not treating feet, Jenn remains busy with her young family but finds time to keep active playing recreational basketball and ringette.

Casey Gilbert

Casey Gilbert

As a graduate of Honours Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo and having over 20 years of experience working as a Pedorthist, Casey is thrilled to have found such a dynamic and progressive environment to continue her career manufacturing custom made orthotics. Being a part of the Infinity team allows her the opportunity to share her passion for activity and fitness with Infinity Orthotic clients by producing intricate, quality pedorthic products. Casey views working as a technician as a rewarding and tangible manner to share in the quest for good health, especially when done in concert with such esteemed co-workers and friends. Casey considers Infinity Orthotic Centre as more of a second home than a workplace.
